As a local, woman-owned staffing agency, we know our local market and community. We’re not like those other companies owned/operated out of other states or countries; Metro Atlanta & North Georgia is our home.
Larkin Dailey, our owner and CEO, is a Georgia native who started her staffing career in 1996. During her career, Larkin has been responsible for starting up multiple offices from scratch and building successful teams. Additionally, she owned and operated a staffing franchise for 15 years prior to the founding of Employ Partners. Larkin and her offices have won multiple awards over the years. Today, she is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary-Staffing (CTS) Specialist, and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and is always available to our clients to provide consulting on ways to improve staffing strategies.
